Q: ARE THERE CONCERNS I SHOULD HAVE ABOUT...pregnancy, mobility, impairments, allergies, menstrual cycle, surgeries, physical ailments and/or medical concerns:
A: If you have any of these concerns, please consult your physician before visiting any spa. If you are pregnant, you should avoid treatments using deep pressure and/or heat. Upon scheduling your appointments, please inform our associates that you are pregnant so that we may provide pregnancy pillows for your comfort. Any other health concerns may be addressed personally with your technician prior to your treatments.
Q: HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SPA VISIT?
A: We will provide you with a spa robe and disposable sandals.
Q: DO I HAVE TO DISROBE ENTIRELY FOR MY SPA TREATMENT?
A: That is your option. However, keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you with a sheet or towels for privacy and comfort.
Q: CAN I ASK MY THERAPIST TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS FOR MY COMFORT?
A: Absolutely! When calling to reserve your appointment, we encourage you to discuss your preference for a gentle, moderate, or deep massage as well as your choice of having a highly trained male or female therapist.
